CURD

Gayathri milk dairy Curd is prepared with a selected culture having beneficial bacteria. The culture is selected after research by a team of experts to impart a thick, creamy, rich, and glossy texture.

GMD Curd contains all goodness of milk such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, zinc, iodine and vitamins.

Packing:

  • Cup – 100 g ,200 g and 400 g
  • Sachet – 170 g , 180 g , 200 g, 500 g & 1Kg
  • Buckets – 1 Kg , 5 Kg and 10 Kg

Shelf – Life:

  • Cup and Pouch Curd with a shelf life 07 days and buckets 3 days from the date of packing when stored  4°C

Product Application:

  • It is used for direct consumption. Curd is also used in the preparation of delicious dishes like curd rice, curd wada , raita, butter milk,kadhi and mughal foods.
